THE MODELS

The SZM-GEM Stereomicroscope is a revolutionary 2-in-1 gemmology instrument, that can find its proper application wherever professiona instruments are required at a particularly contained cost.
A special ultrabright LED-based electronic condenser, with intensity control, and yet always perfectly colour-matched to sunlight, allows to switch from bright to dark field at the turn of a knob. The condenser uses a novel optical configuration for an impressive dark field usability range, that will make you totally forget those uncomfortable hours spent “looking for light”. An additional halogen bulb illuminator and black velvet-field slider allow for extra contrast, for crisp and vibrant images even in a brightly lit environment.

The series comes in two models: SZM-GEM-1 (binocular head) and SZMGEM-2 (trinocular head), both with pillar stand and parfocal achromatic
zoom objective.
