SZRTHE SERIES
The SZR stereomicroscope series is specifically intended for research workers. Its functional features and its optical and mechanical qualities
make it a reference point in the scientific research instruments market. It comprises 14 models typified by the technical solutions devised to meet the specific needs of the user.
The binocular and trinocular heads provided with zoom optics represent the heart of the SZR series. These are backed by numerous types of bases and stands suitable for any type of use. A wide range of
accessories considerably increases the potential of these instruments.
OPTICAL SYSTEM
0.67x …. 4.5x parfocal achromatic zoom objective with continuously variable magnification (max. magnification of 45x on the standard configuration, increasable up to 180x by using additional lenses &
eyepieces). Working distance 100 mm from 6,7x to 45x. EWF10x/ 22mm eyepieces, high-point type.
FOCUSING
By means of rack and pinion controlled by a pair of knobs, located on the body system itself.
SPECIMENT STAGE
SZR-1/2/3/4 models are fitted with a black/white disc for contrast and specimen clamps. SZR-5/6/7/8/9/10 models also fitted with frosted glass disc for transmitted illumination.
STAND
The series have 5 kinds of stands for every requirement. Simple type for vision without trasmitted illumination; simple type with trans-illuminator base for incident and trasmitted illumination; with incorporated illumination system in the base; the last ones with overhanging stands (simple or hinged), that allows very large objects to be viewed and to be handled or worked.
ILLUMINATION Models fitted with built-in illuminators are available. In addiction, optional illumination types are available: external halogen SZ-L1; ring light illuminator (fluorescent) CL-20. The cold light illuminator CL-10 with optical fibers guides (2-arms
type and round- ended type) is also available. Ask us for the brochure given up to CL series cold light illuminators.
